At Who Dresses Who, we strive to dispatch your order as quickly and responsibly as possible. Below you’ll find all relevant information about shipping options, delivery times, and in-store pickup.

1. Delivery in Denmark

1.1 Delivery Method

All parcels within Denmark are shipped with GLS.
You can choose delivery to a parcel shop, home address, or business address.

1.2 Delivery Time

If you place your order on weekdays before 12:00 (noon), we usually ship it the same day.
Typical delivery time: 1–2 business days.

1.3 Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates:

• DKK 49 for delivery to parcel shop
• DKK 69 for home delivery
• DKK 69 for business address

1.4 Notes

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sale periods, campaigns, or holidays.
Whenever possible, we reuse packaging materials — your parcel may look used, but the contents are brand new.

2. Delivery Within the EU

2.1 Delivery Method

We ship to most EU countries with GLS, UPS, or PostNord, depending on destination and shipment type.

2.2 Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days

2.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by country and delivery method and are displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Outside the EU

3.1 Delivery Method

All international shipments outside the EU are sent with FedEx Express.

3.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

3.3 Restrictions

Please note: Perfumes and certain liquid items cannot be shipped outside the EU due to transportation restrictions.

4. In-Store Pickup

4.1 Location

You can always choose free in-store pickup at our physical store and showroom:
