2. Payment and Security
We accept payment by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and MobilePay.
All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted server. We use 3D Secure where possible to prevent misuse of payment cards. If this is your first time shopping online, you may be required to approve the payment using MitID.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Your payment will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 (noon) are usually shipped the same day.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Your invoice is included in the package and serves as your receipt.
If your package or its contents are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@whodresseswho.com.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during campaigns, sales, or holiday periods.
3.1 Delivery in Denmark
All Danish deliveries are shipped with GLS.
Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Shipping rates:
- DKK 39 – Parcel shop
- DKK 59 – Home delivery
- DKK 59 – Business address
3.2 Delivery within the EU
We ship within the EU with UPS, GLS, or PostNord.

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
3.3 Delivery outside the EU
We ship outside the EU with FedEx Express, UPS, or GLS.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on destination.
Please note that perfumes and certain items cannot be shipped outside the EU.
3.4 In-store Pickup
You may choose free in-store pickup at our shop in Køge.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup must be made within 7 days.
4. Returns and Exchanges
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Please include the invoice.
For uncollected parcels or refused deliveries, a return shipping fee of DKK 59 may be charged.

We do not accept return parcels sent to parcel shops.
You are responsible for the package until it has been received by us.
You can purchase a return label through our return portal (price: DKK 59). The amount will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you may return the item directly in our store.
4.2 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item.
Return shipping is free for exchanges, except for sale items.
Please include the new order number in the return package.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been approved, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for your purchase.
It may take up to 5–10 business days before the refund appears in your account.
6. Claims and Complaints
You have a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Please contact us at info@whodresseswho.com with documentation and, if possible, photos of the issue.
Remember to include your invoice or order number.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased on www.whodresseswho.com are valid for 2 years and can only be used online.
Gift cards are delivered digitally to the email address provided.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If we cannot find a solution together, you may submit a complaint via the Danish Dispute Resolution Centre (Nævnenes Hus): www.naevneneshus.dk
